Leonhardt Manufacturing takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We capture, process or use your required personal data only for appropriate and economic use of our offer.
The circumstances in which data are stored and used when you use our internet offer are explained for you below. We have taken technical and organisational measures to ensure that the regulations governing data protection are observed. In particular, our offers are subject to the conditions as laid down in the German Federal Data Protection Law (BDSG) and the German Teleservices Data Protection Law (TDDSG).
Personal data
Personal data include, for example, name, street address, e-mail address, phone number, age, gender, areas of interest, contents of shopping cart, methods of payment.
When you access our pages, our servers store data for security purposes. The data that are stored, such as IP address, date, time and pages visited, may identify you. These data shall not be used in a personalised form.
We carry out statistical evaluations of the hits that our pages receive to evaluate and continually improve the quality of our internet offer. This process also partly makes use of number graphics installed in the pages of our offer. However, data extracted in this way shall be strictly anonymous and no inferences shall be made from the user's personal data.
In no instance will your data be used to establish any kind of user profiles.
Passing on data to third parties
We do not in principle pass your personal data on to third parties. Of particular note, data are not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
In cases where you use our offer's personalised services, capturing and passing on your personal data to third parties may be necessary in order to carry out and fulfil the service. However, only the data that are relevant to the fulfilment of your order shall be stored and passed on. In addition, when you complete the relevant form, you shall be asked to give your express agreement. Third parties who receive your data within the context of fulfilling your order are also bound by the legal provisions regarding personal data.
In cases where we are legally bound or instructed by a court of law to pass on information, data shall be transferred to the relevant authorities.
Right of revocation
You may at any time direct Leonhardt Manufacturing to delete your personal data.
Use of Cookies
We do not use cookies on our internet pages. Moreover, you can switch off cookie storage by adjusting your browser to block cookie transmission or to inform you of the transmission of cookies before they are accepted.
Personal data from or about persons under the age of 18
Persons under the age of 18 should not transfer personal data to us without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. We do neither request personal data of children and young persons, nor gather them or transfer them to third parties.

Where our internet pages contain links to offers from other service providers, we cannot guarantee or assume liability that these internet pages meet the legal provisions. Please check the latest data protection standards on the relevant pages using the service provider's data protection declaration for this purpose.
Modifications
We reserve the right to alter this data protection declaration at any time in accordance with the currently applicable data protection regulations.
